Donald Richardson, Greenlight General Manager

 Donald Richardson serves as General Manager for Greenlight Community Broadband. He has worked with the City of Wilson and Greenlight since 2007. Donald is responsible for the management and oversight of all Greenlight and information technology operations. He also supervises the management of the Unified Communications Center. He uses his 24 years of experience to provide Greenlight’s internal and external members with exceptional service. Prior to his role with Greenlight, Donald served as Headend Engineer for the City of Wilson, Headend Engineer for Cox Communication and Suddenlink. Donald holds Municipal Administration and Government Chief Information Officer certificates from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Terrence Cox, Greenlight Operations Manager
 Terrence C   Terrence Cox has served the City of Wilson for fourteen years. He is responsible for managing overall operations, engineering, and unified communications for the city’s broadband network and Unified Communications Centers, including the oversight of OSP network design, maintenance, and operation of the city’s fiber-optic network. Additionally, Cox is responsible for supporting all the broadband OSP functions in other municipalities and general consulting with other government entities. He brings twenty-two years of experience in the telecommunication industry to his role and has extensive knowledge of broadband services and operations.

Rhonda Eatmon, Broadband Sales Executive
 Rhonda E    Rhonda Eatmon has served Greenlight Community Broadband for 12 years.  She is an experienced sales executive with a demonstrated history of working in the government administration industry, along with any commercial entity.  Eatmon is skilled in customizing services that fit her customer's communication needs while providing access to cutting-edge technology.  Prior to her role at Greenlight, Eatmon’s career spanned 22 years in the position as Account Executive for a major telephone company, which consisted of selling Key Systems, PBX that included Nortel and Cisco. Eatmon has received training and certificates from Nortel & Cisco as well as communication certificates from Wilson Community College.

Brittany Smith, Customer Support Manager
 Brittany S   Brittany Smith serves as Greenlight's Customer Support Manager. In this role, she oversees the Greenlight member experience and manages operations for the Gig East Exchange. Brittany began her career at the City of Wilson in 2007 and had the opportunity of signing up our very first Greenlight members. Prior to her current role, Brittany managed both Greenlight Customer Service and the Unified Communication Center.
